There are two segments of our DemandCaster implementation process: Integration and Training.
At the beginning of your 30-day trial or subscription, we provide a live on-line training session to introduce how to use the software. This complimentary training session is designed to help users kick start the forecasting and planning process and then continue their learning via our support center. In addition, throughout the life of your company’s subscription, we are available to answer questions via our support ticket system on our support center, or by phone or web-conference.
